- Optimized Drainage System: The slanted roof and gutter design direct rainwater out through edge drainage holes, preventing water accumulation in the aluminum gazebo.
- Including Curtains & Neting:The patio gazebo is equipped with upgraded 260 GSM netting and heavy-duty black curtains, which can protect against rainwater and UV rays while maintaining ventilation and creating a private space.
- Protection Plan: The hardtop roof is covered for 5 years, the curtain and netting for 2 years, and the frame construction for 1 year.
- Disclaimer: Furniture not included! All installation services are third-party. Permit may be required. Consult HOA guidelines for local building & zoning requirements before purchase.
